Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi, the philosopher and metaphysics theorist, who has spent approximately 3,600 days in jail, congratulated his daughter’s marriage from Evin prison, whereas, Special Cleric Court has denied his demand for conditional furlough.
Mr. Boroujerdi has been still deprived of his basic rights as medical treatment, medicine, and rights to have a lawyer during the trial. His health so far severely deteriorated and his life is at a serious risk.
He told his daughter Mahya by mentioning the deliberate deprivation of having an hour furlough for attending relatives wedding and also he reminded all persecutions and harassment by authorities in the last years, whereupon, he has been banned to take part of his mother, Fatemeh Nakhi, and Seyed Hassan Kazemeini Boroujerdi his brother’s funeral.
We the representatives of Mr. Kazemeini Boroujerdi concern about his health and mention that the Special Cleric Court officials jailed him without any realistic reason and legal basis. Iran’s authorities denied him to be released, whereas, his prison term was ended at the beginning of this year.
Hereof, we insistently ask human rights organizations to remark about the condition of this religious prisoner and all prisoners of conscience in Iran.

To my daughter, Mahya;
Accept the greetings of this retired and disabled father from the graveyard of Evin Prison
Congratulations for your marriage through the locks, doors, bars, barriers and walls of the prison.
I am so sorry, I couldn't be in the happiest event of your life, at the beginning of my 11th year of imprisonment. In these dark years of my life, I've been banned to take part in the essential events of my family. And have been always watching your sadness and happiness from behind the sturdy pillars of imprisonment. Nothing can divide me from you, our breath are bound together.
Seyed Hossein Kazemeyni Boroujerdi
